Today is a happy day because it’s my birthday! Hooray!!!
How time flies so fast, it feels like I’m only 21 yesterday (laughs) and now I’m
celebrating my 31 years here on earth.
First of all (*it’s just me feeling like a celebrity
haha*) I want to thank the Lord for giving me another year. I’m still alive and kicking (hooray!). Thank
you for the gift of life.
Second, I know my mom wouldn’t be able to greet me
today. It’s the first time that I’m celebrating my birthday without her. But, I
know she’s out there looking after me. She’s my guardian angel now and I want
to thank her for everything that she had done for me, for all the love and
support she had given me. I love you Mama.
Third, I want to thank my son and husband for the
surprise birthday cake. They did try their best to keep it a secret and I
appreciate their effort especially my son who was so excited, although he could
not stand keeping a secret from me, so he almost blew it (hahaha). And, of
course to my husband, he’s the first person who greeted me in advance, as early
as the first sunrise of July. Every morning thereafter he never failed to greet
me “Happy Birthday” until today has finally come. I am truly blessed to have
you both in my life.
To the rest of my family, all
my life I knew that I am a rich person because I had you. Thank you for
everything you’ve done for me, my dear and lovely family. To my bff, many
thanks for being delighted with my achievements, for sharing the
hard time, you are so much appreciated. To my friends
thank you all for being there for me, for being a friend indeed and not only
in need. To my relatives, buddies, to each one of you who greeted me, THANK YOU for the
LOVE. I am overwhelmed with gratitude.
